About Us
Our Chef - Marina
With over 30 years of experience cooking, Marina is excited to present her vision to you and all our guests. Our dishes are made to order, always fresh, and deliciously curated with local ingredients.
Marina was born in La Lima Departamento Cortez, Honduras where she first learned to cook. In 1974, she migrated to the States. To pursue her passion of cooking she opened a restaurant and sub shop in New Jersey . With a growing family and in search of sunshine, she and her family decided to move to
Miami, Florida where she later opened her new restaurant - Marina's Restaurant.
